If you're having trouble with the Leviathan fight, there's an easy exploit that will protect you from any of his attacks and no Sand Worms will spawn until you let them (Credit to Terminator for this tip). If he doesn't open his mouth and just stands idle, kill some sand worms and he will open up pretty soon. The one in his mouth is the last one you will need to destroy. 2 are located on his neck, one on his chest and one in his mouth. You need to hit the huge blue spots with white dots on his body.

You can't just shoot the Leviathan and damage him. All you need to be careful with are the many sand worms that will spawn. His attacks are pretty easy to dodge and not that strong. Whilst he's pretty huge he shouldn't be that difficult. Also, be careful with the acid pools that are all over the place. They're great for activating kill skills if you have any and when you find yourself in a Fight for your Life stance, these can help you gain a second wind. He will spawn some Skags and/or Rakk, they can be pretty annoying but don't focus too much on them. If you keep your distance you have nothing to worry about, not his attacks at least. Once you reach the final mission "X Marks the Spot" you'll face 2 bosses. The main missions are pretty straight forward and most of the bosses you encounter shouldn't prove too much difficult.
